re: the possibility of a naked short

re: the possibility of a naked shortSold a long time ago out of the biggest part  to prevent taking a loss. Only have a small position left. Never went short on any stock. Do only ten trades a year or so but aim to raise that a little bit.

Negative points to consider, just my opinion:
At the time of the acquisition of Shafter some really interesting articles were posted here on the subject. From what I remember, some of the people who still inhabit this place do this for the sake of peace. It is not guaranteed that they will all be pro-change.
I stated the possibilities of lawsuits but had to be more general, delays by administration are possible too. In mining it is not bad to count some really bad scenarios in. I can give you some examples if you want.
After elections it is not guaranteed that mining in the US will be the wittiest plan, it has been stated often that US is not a mining friendly country - doubt it will change for the better.
Aurcana is not good in keeping its promises re production. My analysis of error-behaviour is simplistic and based on the idea that what I see around me can be generalized through space and time. This may not be so but proved to be the statement that helped geology grow to what it is now. I tend to think that geology is not psychology but also suspect that change in human behaviour happens slower than geological time.

Positive points as has been posted often on this board by so many,
The deals, the deals, the deals.
No company gives away so much money unless they are pretty sure they get something back for it.
The ounces in the ground and lack of their valuation.

I think it might be time for the company to do a regular CC. Something investors can look forward to and channel their uncertainties.

Regards.
