TTQ up big time on feeble PEA = uneconomic at $15/
MSQ has:
more than double the tonnage
better strip ratio
better recoveries
better grade (for TTQ's tonnage)
extremely nice by-products
lower costs because of economics of scale and easy processing
both have good infra.
