what's with the remaining 8 permitsWould anyone care to comment on the posting found within 'sedar':

The exploration advances are mainly related to coal permit applications and coal staking
fees of the Company’s new coal project. By July 14, the Company had received First
Priority “Comfort Letters” for 1,387,863 acres (71 Townships) from Saskatchewan
Energy and Resources regarding its coal prospecting permits. The Company is waiting
on the status of another 8 Townships of Coal Prospecting Permit to be approved.


What's with these 8 Townships?  Are these critical to NAG?
