RE: .35 and lower now

Could not agree with you more on this one a drilling rig gets fixed or moved rain or shine trust me o this one i work on one. The time it would take to fix a service rig or replace a motor is day not weeks. I highly doubt there paying that rig to just sit there thats alot of money for it to be on standby for 3 weeks. Rain is not the reason for stopping it.
