Enma’s Post #23704607
RE: One Trick Bashers often use is....

KT, below is the page from NAG Q2 statement, unaudited, prepared by the management.
I circled the adamas property cost in red. Yes, it is too dirty cheap to consider it is a real coal property, imo.

Did I invent any numbers?

You shameless pumper.

Just for laugh, the management actually invented a new math, which can add the dollar value and the SH number together.  $7500+ 135000 shares = $142000.  lol

and you could not get paid overtime by your post tonight, if I were Chuck, I would seriously consider if you fit the IR position.

________________________________________________________________________________
A regular board members posted the May 14, 2008 NR re the Adamas acquisition, and then I quoted a Management description (Notes) of the costs from the Q2 Financial statement which Enma preferred to read. From both documents, the costs unequivocally consisted of $7500 Cash + One million shares payable in two instalments. The Q2 further indicated that half million share had been issued at a deemed cost of $0.27/sh.

So 0.5 million sh x $0.27/sh = $135,000 and that was the amount inside the circle drawn by Enma, who then insisted that 135,000 was the number of shares for the acquisition and accused management (its accountant actually) of inventing new math.

Ahh……Enma, is that how a basher’s brain works --- can’t make any sense out of anything?

And you are on a mission to save people from the misery of losing money in a particular stock……. because the company has nothing………. you are sure the share price is going to go down to your predicted level………..and everybody should sell now to save even his/her underpants..……

Today Enma is again displaying his/her “135,000 share” knowledge in post#23708698 - insisting on being wrong and ignorant.
