RE: Enma, Want To Make A Deal with You

KT, as I mentioned again & again, I won’t buy one more NAG share even if it drops to 1 cent. Obviously, I don’t “bash” for cheaper share and I don’t think you need to make a deal with me.

No matter how skillful you can make a positive spin on this doomed stock, you can’t change or cover the realities:

  1. NAG acquired the Adamas property at an unbelievable cheap cost: $7500 + 135000 $(or shares, whatever). It is too cheap to believe it is a real coal property. NAG still doesn’t have an official map on its website for this property, but this is vital information for every investor (It is said the property is 100miles away from GXS’ discovery).
  2. After over a decade as a listed company, NAG has proven nothing yet and every year, it has a loss of a few cents/per share
  3. Charles D (president) holds less than 160K common shares (as of July 2008, no further info available to public)
  4. From Q1 to Q2 in three months, at end of Q1 NAG had 81 million outstanding common shares, three months later, at end of Q2, NAG has 96 million outstanding shares. After 15 million shares dilution, NAG only made 1 million cash. The company still need a lot of cash in the near future, is it possible to have another 30 million shares dilution for 2 million dollar cash?
