Heinz's posts, not Hozameen'sOk, made a mistake. Read Heinz's posts about what Sask. Permit office told him. OK, if you're lazy, it is below. Read, specicially: "Ifyou have received a letter of comfort and you are 1st up there is noreason that you cant start working as long as you have a surfacepermit"
Does NAG have a surface permit???? Does it if its been gazetted? Things that make you go hmmmmm...

One misconception out there which at one time was the rule has been changed
The clock starts ticking when the permit is issued
Ifyou have received a letter of comfort and you are 1st up there is noreason that you cant start working as long as you have a surfacepermit
Anyhow I caused myself a lot of stress over nothing....they are flexible and fully want to work WITH the dif co's notagainst them. They also dont want anyone sitting and throwing a fewrocks around
Expenditures on one area can be used on dif permits as long as they touch
So, a company that is seriously exploring will have no problems
All is well in Saskatchewan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
