• 2009 Production estimated to be:

• 147,000 ounces Au & 13,000 tonnes of Cu concentrate (30mlb)

Thus, 13,000 tonnes = 28.7M pounds.

FWIW, a short ton = 2,000 pounds. But most mining companies always state "tonnes" which is a metric tonne.
