this is a proactive move by Pat management. You remember how the Patsies blamed GK for the lack of shareholder value....how they blamed the bashers for lack of shareholdert value...how they blamed RIC for lack of shareholder value...how they blamed everybody and everything for lack of shareholder value except Pat management.

Well now they can blame the lawyer. Smart like a fox. These guys running Pat are no dummies when it comes to holding others responsible for their woes.

I don't see Bruce Ried buying his stock back. He must think that things won't go very well.
