Oil shale production and Saskatchewan.

Oil shale production and Saskatchewan. All Saskatchewan resource plays require government approval including coal and potash plays. Saskatchewan seems eager to develop their resources. This is why Goldnev is considering using NI 43-101 standards to move into mineral reserves and resources which allows the opportunity to perform a feasibility study.

Too answer some of the questions in the previous posts.

1)"Do they have to do a ton more drilling to move the assets into a more legal "recoverable reserves" etc?

No. If they use NI 43-101 standards in their next evaluation report of Pasquia Hills because oil shale is being mined worldwide they will be to re classify from "contingent resources" to mineral reserves and resources. It also allows the opportunity to perform a feasibility study which means a comprehensive study of a mineral deposit in which all geological, engineering, legal, operating, economic, social, environmental and other relevant factors are considered in sufficient detail that it could reasonably serve as the basis for a final decision by a financial institution to finance the development of the deposit for mineral production. In the last news release he wanted to introduce this to the public.

"Once laboratory results of the oil shale core samples are fully analyzed, the Corporation plans to complete an independent NI 51-101 and/or NI 43-101 Engineering Evaluation Report(s) and a Technical Feasibility Study which will include resource and economic estimates on the potential commercialization of this significant oil shale deposit."https://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Goldnev-Resources-Inc-TSX-VENTURE-GNZ-895696.html

2) $$$ required for oil processor/upgrader 100's of millions- plan would be to partner with major end user or are they nowhere near that far to discuss

The current intent of the company is to build smaller type production plants on several mine sites ( perhaps 25 to 200 bbls/day) starting with the pilot plant by 2010. Goldnev is looking at all technologies (and there is at least 1 emission free). These units cost a fraction of a large plant and are small and easy to build. Goldnev's intent is to help offset the cost of the pilot by increasing production dramatically. Besides increasing production at Noel he is looking at other oil production projects as well as getting Pincher Creek into production. The last technology he was eyeing was the ATP method. https://www.uma.aecom.com/MarketsAndServices/41/64/index.jsp

3) I'm wondering if GNZ has the wherewithall to secure a development permit.

Yes they do. Mr. Dame has been directly responsible for operating more than 200 oil and gas wells in Western Canada. They have every intention of commercializing the oil shale resources. https://www.goldnevresources.com/management.asp
