Your correct. Queensland is a different country with different rules though. Correct me if I'm wrong, off the top of my head, and I would have to research this. Queensland doesn't have or wouldn't allow oil sands operations either which use less emission free methods. But in Canada it doesn't seem to be much of a problem. There is one adapted similar version of the ATP system that has a closed circuit and is emission free I believe. Goldnev is looking into several technologies, and with evolving technologies they haven't locked onto any one in particular yet.
