RE: Details of LBOThanks for the information about the buyout.  Just like you said I am playing this one as an arbitrage play.  I find it amazing that the market is afraid of making 7% but it is a volotile environment for most investors I guess.   Even money managers are holding large amounts of cash.  I don't see any other place right now to make 7% on your money in a three month period.  Does anyone feel that this 7% gap may begin to close up as the Dec. 11 date draws closer?  I feel if it were not for the current uncertainty of the markets this spread would probably be much tighter.    Thanks again.
