RE: In Response To PD Mitchell

RE: In Response To PD MitchellYou could be right that signing a partner now is a win-win situation; the way I see it there is little incentive for a potential partner to provide a large down-payment unless and until the results from ongoing studies are analyzed and deemed to be what the FDA is looking for.  On the other hand there may be little incentive for management to accept a small sum now when they might be able to negotiate a large amount after preparing their re-submission to the FDA.  It may not matter in five years but much depends on lump sum payment and royalty agreement.

binkiesbest -- I envy you.  Having bought shares all the way up to $11. [yup, that's dollars] you can infer that I've been following this stock for a decade or more.  I have more faith in Pennsaid (which has been shown to be effective) than in management.  'nuf said.  GLTA
