RE: looks like yesterday the smart money left

The Volume the other day surprised me to as I picked up the 13 cent shares as a longer term value play as the next ask was at .16. What happened afterwards was I guess due to the negative future commodity outlook and 1 broker/indiviudal unloading 150,000shares at about .15. Anonymous buys was who was buying these shares before others got involved.

Todays volume of shares was just a mere $2,900 in trading value .

If I placed  a $2000 market order near the close, the stock would have finished up at .13 or 50% above current price. So not worried at all although it woudl of been better to pick them up on the cheaper  side.

As per the June 30th statement cash on hand (not including receivables, investments, fixed assets, as well as payables) just cash was 3.1 million $. Divide that by current shares outstanding and you get 8 cents a share, close to todays close. The truer net asset value should be close to .15-.20 not 8 cents. The shares  are cheaper then when I first bought them 4 years ago, ( I did sell 1/2 my shares for 4X my investment,  unfortuantely I kept the other 1/2) yet the company has advanced in so many strategic ways. If the shares remain this cheap , expect David to round up his contacts to raise cash to take the company private as the market cap is only 3.1 million now. Oh but where would he get the money from. Oh look there is 3.1 million sitting in cash in the company. But of course current sharesholders would hold out for more as it is worth more.

Well enough said, time to find more money.
