ClineI have not been posting much, because I have been doing extensive research.
Badog222 was correct when he identified the nonsense of many comments on the board, and why he stopped posting.
A person is far better, spending his time running his business, then spending time responding to stupidity. This is the time to identify great stocks at bargain prices and bring them to attention of the Stockhouse community. Other posters will do their own due diligence, to determine if a stock meets their requirements. Not every stock is for every person.
These markets, have the greatest opportunities of a lifetime. Today, you get far greater value for your invested dollar, then you ever did in the past 8 years. There are many brilliant opportunities in this market.
Today’s market prices are equivalent to the prices a decade ago. The next decade, will be far better then the last decade. Brazil, India, China and Russia guarantees demand for resources.
Go long this market; we may dip down, but we are forming a bottom and the FED is bending over backwards to make things work. The takeover of Fed-may & Mac was to stop these entities defending their balance sheet and restricting mortgages. The FED has mandated a Lehman buyout and can not allow these events to be reported on a daily basis. The government needs to defend its tax base. The smart money knows interest rates are going down.
Commodities will go much higher, we have not invested capital to bring long term supply and demand into balance.
For every seller, there has been a buyer of every stock. You need to figure out who is on the intelligent side of the trading.
In regard to Cline, the time for detailed due diligence, was last year when the stock was trading at 20 cents; when all the facts indicated it was easily worth over $2 per share. This was confirmed by Mitsui investing $30 million into Cline.
To get full value from Cline, we have to wait on management. Detailed due diligence at this stage has limited value. The charts tell you more, then any small bit of information.
I strongly believe that Cline will be bought out; so this prevents me from spending hours looking at small facts of due diligence that have minor value.
Underground coal mine are incredibly dangerous, they are always collapsing or exploding due to methane gas. Cline needs to hire some very high qualified people to lead New Elk into production. Cline has never hired any top people. So management must be planning to sell the company. If Cline was going into production, it would have hired a first class team last year.
I am holding and waiting for a buyout, and while I wait,
I am buying High Desert Gold ( HDG ) , it has $11.5 cash million in the bank or 28 cents per share and sells for 15 cents; your buying cash in the bank at 50% discount. You are buying $1 dollar for 50 cents.
