the company that is being taken over has done most of the work yes they are not 43 101 but we don't need it to be able to mine if the resorce is there and by the fact that you look at the area that we are working in I would think that there is a good chance we will have no problem finding enough coal. they do things differntly down there ,if you want a resource then that is fine. that will be icing on the cake but if we can pull in a few bucks while we wait to find the total coal.,why not I say. and if you think there is only a little bit of coal. then why are there so many mines in the area. the sask play is way off and will be slow this is a gift and I am all for money comming in. and lets say it costs 35 to 55 a ton to mine this coal. coal is at 135 a ton so I think this is very economic, they can't say it will be because of the exchanges, and regulations.
I think everyone that wants the facts are ok with that and I did too and I am willing to play this gamble after talking to them.
