RE: Leerink Swann & Deloitte

RE: Leerink Swann & Deloitte
I understand that they can't release their strategies. What I am curious about is what is the "normal" time frame for them to go through the process to determine if the company is viable etc.? Do you or anyone else recall another company in a similiar situation, and if so, what was the turnaround time for them to make some kind of announcement?

I guess only a guy with a past experience of this kind in a company similar to ISA can give you a rough idea.....I think it is vague to assume a time frame for completing a deal as there are counter-offers and negotiation....it also depends how good the offer is and every party has to go through a dd process to finalize a deal
