below cash - RABAs per the latest quarterly and the current share price we are trading below cash

At the same time RAB, still a holder of a significant amount of shares, has announced a freeze-in of its assetts for 3 years, after the fund lost more than 50% recently.

I think this is one eplanation and RAB for sure is not the only hedga fund in trouble!
