RE: The rest of the storyAgreed....The way RS is managing this company ( our company ) is questionable. The thing I'd like to know is this legal?
How can a CEO of  one company URSA have direct interests in another PAT and still say he has the share holders of URSA's interest at heart. This especially when he starts buying what appears to be a losing or questionable mines shares to prop up his investment in that mine with URSA's profits.
Maybe it's me but shouldn't the first priority of a CEO be to increase share price value for the share holders of URSA.
There is just way to much pump, pump, pump and NO clear directive.


Unfortunately I see it like this, RS is determined to acquire PAT no matter what and in doing so may put us through litigation hell which NO share holder wants IMHO...
