Something tells me that Charles Oliver is going to mention MAA on BNN tonight.
Don't be surprised if he makes MAA a top pick... especially at these levels.

Just the pass week there have been several large transactions at higher prices than the current price. Which tells me that if we weren't in this financial market crisis, MAA could easily be in the sub $3 with the positive buying of the large institutions lately.
