RE: Stock Options....NEWS is disappointing

This is not a good time to announce almost 1 million options at 2.50 until 2013....to officers and staff of the company....the stock is about 60% down over recent highs....the reaction by investers to this announcement is obvious by today's SP ....terrible timing by Fred...it backfired on EGD when the TSX is running over +700 points....
