It generates a majority of its revenue from the Minerals segment.

I sure agree. Looks like Fred took advantage of what he considered to be the stock's bottom or near bottom to give the employees more bang for the buck, or option in this case. And knowing full well that a lot of investors would bail on such a giveaway. Probably worth it in his view, and like a lot of other stuff, will not matter much in a few month's time. But sure beats me.
