This news (Pincher Creek) may involve us.

This news (Pincher Creek) may involve us.From the Montello news release, as we are a partner at Pincher Creek with Montello, however I'm not sure yet if this is the same well. rich47

"Montello and its partners at Pincher Creek in south-western Alberta were recently notified by the operator, that one of the two zones of interest will be serviced and put online for production. It was tested at over 125 bopd. Montello has a 25% interest in the 1-11-4-29W4 well.

From Marc's e-mail to me on August 21st.

"The only issue with Pincher Creek right now is the problems
we and the other working interest owners are experiencing with the
operator of the property whom have not been able to complete putting a
well that was successfully re-completed last October onto production. We
believe that the issues relating to seeing that the oil well that was
re-completed goes onto production will be resolved by the end of
September, if not Goldnev and the other partners will work with the
operator to ensure that steps are taken to get this well onto
production.

The holdup on completing the Pincher Creek acquisition is mainly that an
independent engineering evaluation report be prepared to assess the
value of the project which would have made a big difference if the well
was on production. The report is expected to be completed in the next
two weeks and from the work prepared by us and Montello and supported by
the Ashton report we believe that several oil wells can be drilled in
the existing pool and is a great opportunity for the company."
