say if a junior mining company could get thier hands on some land that may not be available to just anybody, but those who are connected, say, maybe through a new board member, and this may take some addiional signatures and approvals (maybe some horse trading hehehe) and that this may significantly add to the timeframe of getting an approval to mob a drill to the actual spot....

Once this entire process is done, would it then be too late to take a position?  Or, would it be better to buy into a company such as this now when things are in turmoil?

Would this be a good place to ivest some capital????

Would this be a long range Trumpadoodle do too?
