BCS buys part of Lehmans and we get hit?

BCS buys part of Lehmans and we get hit?Up and down and all around... they buy a chunk of Lehmans and the next day we get nailed 6.24? Why??? doesn't matter if you were waiting for a good entry here it is...! I am going to add when I can they are still paying a very nice dividend and very soon.
