I agree with your interpretation. This is some hedge fund manager dealing with other people's money (guaranteed to have bought at higher levels) .. I'm sure they did not understand this deal or the assets the way we do ...
I'm thinking we should go for a million shares at these levels ($.05) to make it work something.
The beauty of markets is this: sometimes unsympathetic and cruel, but rationality and valuation logic can allow you to understand exogenous variables and make $$$ ... today's macro environment will create opportunities like this for a while yet / different times / different stocks / different sectors ... opportunity abounds.
