RE: Shane ...Also (and correct me if I'm wrong, which I usually am lol) but

1) NAG hasn't bought/issued the 8,000,000 shares for anything thus they could cancel at almost any time if things change.
 
2) they don't have a mine yet so technically couldn't they just open an underground mine?  The main issue the enviro's have is with the potential/ past containment of the drinking water

Just wondering.
