Only part of the mine is under water. A shank should be drilled within the next 2 weeks and then the pump goes down. The pump will be set below the level of the main mine so it will be able to keep the water out of the working areas.  Exhaust fans will be right after that so that they can go in & do a check on the condition. Looking at doing some actual mining 1st qtr of 09.

Hey maybe they bought it for the water ......water is getting very expensive these days .....might pass coal ?

Slow going i know......I am still suspicious that they might be trying to sell it off also.

Anyone talk to managment regarding updates on Iron Ore property lately? We might not hear any news regarding new elk for 3 months or so.
