It has investments in Pioneer Green Farms LLC, which has a hemp farming operation in Florida to produce CBD oil.

Once again you are right on the mark.
With the "Chicken Little" attitude the market and economy have created, it has also created opportunity for the short term opportunists.
ANY time you can buy at 4 cents and sell at a dime, is an opportunity.
After the elections and things calm down and people start to put more money back into the market prices will go up again as usual.
In the mean time we need to take advantage of the opportunities presented to us.
Buy Low.
Sell High.
