So 3M nabbed the Ramp test and locked it in an exclusive deal before competitors could, 3M wants the best tests for its infectious disease program. From the Response webpage:
The test will be marketed and sold exclusively by 3M as the 3M Rapid Detection Influenza A+B test.

So here we are are waiting to hear about the financing and news to verify sales; so we have nothing better to do than play games with the devil.  So uncertainty and bad market conditions have driven the share price down, but there is no indication that the prospects of the company have changed at all.  I am holding long and if need be longer.
