RE: Kazakhgold InfoWhatever value one might assign here, it is ridiculous at its current level, so yes, "how on earth can HRG only be trading at .65 cents..." is one of the points worth considering. Management does come to mind, then deals of a VERY questionable nature might also. And now, at this level, we have major accumulation but within a seeming controlled environment, as far as I can see. The person who questions whether the broker is buying because they think it is under valued only, well anything is possible, but I tell you, and I am sure others might agree, this is one strange trading pattern. Anything is possible, but most of us deal from experience, and view this current pattern WITHIN THE CONTEXT of what has gone on for some time here.
Consider:
Bad deals, failed and rejected.
The WORST stock performance imaginable given the assets controlled here.
Failure to project value or a future to investors and shareholders, resulting in an incredible drop in Cap and stock price, despite the seeming INCREASE in asset base and said to be increasing gold production.
Costs rising much faster than projected.
Various problems that have resulted in less than forcast results on MANY levels. Some changing within such short time frames, so that it stretches the credibility further, and even a seeming inability to keep their own web site up to their latest greatest projections etc.
Now we have major buying, of millions of shares, not on any news, but at what appears to be a controlled price range.IMO And some want me and others to think this is just all coincidence.
To clarify again: anything is possible here, that is apparent. But it is also ILLEGAL to trade on insider information. My purchasing or any other party doing so without such information is OK. So I have asked, do you think maybe a party who buys millions of shares, BEFORE a possible news release might come under scrutiny??? Or would they just say, uh yes, we were just sitting around looking at mining issues, and decided to buy everything in site for a while?
Of course this is a good sign in many respects whatever the case. If they do have "information" and they are buying on such, it would mean they expect the stock to go up, and if just from their own dd, then also same.
BUT: if they are buying by any chance on inside information, and if the stock has been manipulated so they can get a position at an artificially low price, then it is at the cost of current shareholders, NOT a benefit to them.
So ask yourselves: does this smell right, or is it just more of the same old pattern shareholders seem to have been subject to for many months? That is the question, and I have my suspicions, but will wait to see just what news comes over the next while. But will I sell at a low price on some low ball offer. NO. It is that simple for me.
Everyone else can do as they like, and spin it anyway they like as well. Sometimes people do need to have principles.IMO Not sure if that is the case here at HRG. How about many of you out there??? Think your rights are being well served by the managment here, the BOD, the Canadian Securities people???
