DIRECTOR TO RETIRE FROM BOARD

Effective immediately, James Wallis has retired from Erin Ventures Inc.'s board of directors in order to pursue personal interests.

While retiring from Erin's board, Mr. Wallis has agreed to remain with Erin in an active consulting role. Specifically, Mr. Wallis has agreed to continue managing Erin's placer gold project in Belize, assist Erin in the sourcing, vetting or negotiation of new property acquisition opportunities, write technical reports and news releases for Erin, and performing other duties as may be required by Erin from time to time.
