Infact, URSA might be in need of a bailout. It would be nice to have the money RS pi$$ed away trying to save this fiasco as a backup for the lean times facing URSA.

I guess you can still find a way to blame RIC for all the troubles that have befallen Pat....but who can you blame for the problems URSA is facing? No JV there to point a finger at over there unless you can find Xstrata at fault.

How about the two companies have just the same management. Naw....can't be them....or could it?
