truth will be revealed

truth will be revealed

NR specifically states the closing will be on or before Sept.30, 5PM.

In normal news release, the closing time of any deal won’t be predicted because there are still a lot of unknowns, especially, when it is a MOU release. I was wondering why they specify the exact closing time, does this increase the credibility of a pumping?

NAG is a very special company, since we have a few “posters” who know the company very well and always tell the board when the news would be released.

Those “posters” are all gone hiding, so I believe the ACC deal won’t be complete on or before Sept.30, 5PM.

If the deal fails to close by the end of today, what the company should do is to tell the truth immediately whether this deal is still alive or dead. This is so called “damage control”.

If the deal was dead, and the company selects to hide and release the update later, it would hurt the company eventually.

In the business world, credibility is most important thing.
