Your sentiment is admirable but this isn't a matter of "do as the big boys do". Remember that by the end of October next year TCW gets it's money back AND has warrants exerciseable at USD 0.00086 (less than a penny) for 10 years equal to 15% of MOL's fully diluted capital. You are in no way getting the amazing deal that the interim financier is getting. Given the current climate, just like with AUA, to me it's worth waiting to find out the impact of full financing of the project. Only then will you know the size of any debt and the fully diluted number of shares.
