I just posted this on the Silver grail Board - seems he's doing the same in both these companies!!

Hmmmmmm - hard to understand why an insider is selling again at thesame levels they are proposing another private placement.........I surewould like to see insiders buying but that hasn't happened for sometime. True - the volumes are small (32,000 shares) so its really onlypetty cash for them I guess, however, it is disturbing nonetheless.
