The Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) is part of an umbrella Future Combat Systems (FCS) program. General Dynamics is the major player for both JLTV and FCS.

On another side note the new BMW Series 7000 will be out in Spring 2009...fits the timeline for automotive news regarding the prototype.

Will, the www.autoaluminum.org website is a goldmine for any car related news/articles on aluminum. Good articles in light-weighting, aluminum content per car etc but only one reference to casting & foam due to the organization participants predominant role in rolled, forged, & stamped products.
