sellers at this level (.70)sure don't know what they are holding.  MAA has .50cents in cash + all their division.     How can this go any lower??? People just gone crazy.  This market as gone mad.  People are just so confused and will bail at any cost. 
Not sure what to call it, a buying opportunity??   I think so, but people have gone mad(including Merrill Lynch) and this could be held down for awhile.  Guess time will tell.   Everything cannot go down forever, one day the market will go back up.  SO all we can do is wait.  GL everybody.  I just cannot believe all of this.
