For those that think RS is the greatest thing since the US bailout, he's taken the shares from five disgruntled martyred shareholders, unloaded them onto URSA shareholders, diluted their positions at URSA by doing so, and removed any remaining shareholder threat to him at Pat leaving the Pat shareholder in a weaker position without these five that probably could have made a difference how you guys are treated down the road.

I hope the five guys that now own 20% of URSA will oversee things for us URSA shareholders better than our BofD.

I'm hoping....a lot.
