RE: MANSFIELD ANNOUNCES DETAILS ON SPIN-OUT OF RIOThe spin-out is a huge event as far as I am concerned, it is a clear indication that the sale of Lindero could be done cleanly and quickly when the timing and the expected price are met. We are "good to go", this is truly good news for shareholders.

Now .............if we could just get a $1500 or higher bullion price and I have a feeling the "FOR SALE" sign could go up with flashing lights.

Good news is a rare commodity these days, just like GOLD.
