RE: ABRAXIS deal

RE: ABRAXIS deal

Stockput: the $ 7 million financing at .47 cents closed sometime in early September. You can find it on Sedar where
Abraxis completed a filing of some kind.  So we should be safe. Clearly the market  was not fooled by the pricing. In my
mind the $7 million was nothing more than an upfront fee of some kind. Sadly PL had to give Abraxis the ability to
participate in whatever share appreciation comes in the future. At this point anything in the 30's as in cents would look great. Never imagined PLI would be mid teens. Been buying a little but lots of value in the market.

Hopefully i answered your question.
