RE: IMHO....the things wrong with URSA

RE: IMHO....the things wrong with URSAListen

this stock is held by  a small group. We can either panic and bail or hold and hope and demand hope that RS makes the moves that have us in mind.

And I'm talking like keeping the likes of Bruce Reid around. I mean we don't need him. We need strong members on our BofD. If they agree with RS, they're not who we need. We need a Bof D that are smart, don't buckle to RS and will ensure that what comes down the road over the next couple of years will be dealt with with shareholders in mind.

IMHO, RS was allowed to run unchecked. We need, as shareholders, a strong BofD. And if RS wants to ensure this company has a future, he has to realize that his way of running things has not worked....not on one front...but on two fronts.

I think RS is a smart man. He has put two mines into production. But I don't think he is the  right man to run them.

Any way....good luck to all you guys. Let's try and make the best of this. This is a good time to look at all our options and try and come out this as a better and stroger comapny...or we come out of  this with nothing.

I'd like to see RS set up a meeting with the major shareholders of URSA and talk with us. Tell us what he sees down the road and ask us what we see.

Like that will happen........
