Results, etc...

Results, etc...

For those who have resisted the urge to jump from tall buildings and chose rather to hang onto your shares and ride out this crazy sell-off, there is news coming. It's my understanding that drill results will likely be released this week. Within two weeks after the results are made public, we can expect to finally receive the long awaited new resource calc which should create some interest. No matter how diversified ones holding might be, most at this time are feeling bruised and battered. Which means much of what I'm saying will fall on deaf ears. If you thought Silvercrest was a good deal at $1+, why not nibble at this level near the low $.40's? I pressed the issue today regarding the financing to develop Santa Elena and was assured it's a done deal...no problems! Of course, it's possible that is just happy talk from the company but my hunch is there will not be any problem for Silvercrest to tap into the equity markets, even in this crappy environment. The bank doing the lending is already a 10% holder in the company. If they ever plan on seeing a return on their investment, it's to their advantage to see the property developed, not just sitting there growing weeds. Which is why I think they'll cough up the necessary funds to get it done in a timely manner. Anyway, this is simply my opinion, do your own soul searching and place your bets accordingly.

To bring a little laughter during these less than chipper times, take a look at this video, you're sure to crack a smile... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVB-SSkkLnY

Cheers!
