I'm not sure when exactly they are going to announce a sale. I would say that by Nov 10th all the science data from 1b/2a will be released at the AHA conference. Hopefully, we may hear how that data is trending prior to the AHA I do believe that they are meeting with Pharma's and remain confident that 1 or 2 will present a binding offer.

This cleaning up of the debenture, clears the path for a deal. IMHO

I think a deal will be struck in the next 30 days max. I think our SP will be in the $20's at that time.
