RE: RE: RE: Can't help myself...John1983As for changing out Coal to Uranium, maybe check out the second entry. Just some food for thought. One other thing that comes to mind is Uranium in France is pretty well all mined out. I believe there is some in the wine growing area. And I can assure you they won't be messing up the vines if cheaper means are available.

The other thing is I like the idea of a coal fire power plant in the Hudson Bay area. I believe a distribution line is already in the area from the Old Squaw Rapids power plant. I can't remember the less demeaning name for it is now a days. But the OSR plant was water driven. It seems like a no brainer to me to bring a coal fire plant on board. Just like in Southern Saskatchewan only driven by a higher value (BTU) coal.

France'snuclear power giant, Electricite d'France (EDF) wants bids for three 800MW-plus, coal-fired powerplants commencing generation from 2015-2018. It's quitea turn of events when one realises that nearly 90% of French power is currentlygenerated by 59 nuclear plants. Historically EDF has exported on the order of18% of its output.
