RE: :Philips MorrisThe circular is on Sedar and looks to be very favorable to MDG with no changes in the price or amount (ie. about a 75% premium to the current price!).

We will send out more info in the letter this weekend but looks like the deal is close to being a done deal ahead of the Nov 4th date.
