If we can keep......the share price below $5.00 for 30 days or more, the stock "should" be de-listed on the Nasdaq... and IF the stock stays lower than $5.00 on the Canadian exchange it "should" be removed from the TSX Index (can't remember which one at the moment)...
Normally, you'd think this was a "bad thing", but the less exposure the stock gets, the better it does... and part of that could be due to managements "creative outlook for the company" as compared to the real world possibilities once the pipe is put away...
What ever happened to the Juniper information that was forthcoming... this information was being held back because we'd be hearing a lot more about it "soon enough"... IMHO, 2 months is "soon enough"; personally I think it was another crock that Demers dreamed up, but that's just my opinion...
In know, I know, many of you think that the stock is lagging because of all the finacial problems world wide... personally, I think Demers showed his true colours with this "IPO" thing that simply turned out to be another financing (and not a very successful one at that)... it does not matter if the American move was an IPO "in technical terms or not", no investor is going to look at that deception and get a sense that this management team is lead by a straight shooter...
If they can't seem to do what they say they are going to do, or do what they say is to be done in a timely fashion, at least they could keep their mouths shut and let the stock rise and fall on its own accord... there is one constant with this stock, the more Demers talks, the lower the price goes... thats the way I see it anyway...
