Market cap crazy

Market cap crazyI have SCV bookmarked so I get all the news.  So tonight aftergetting two Nrs in two days I get interested in seeing what kind of numbers they have.  40 Million shares and 25 share price - company worth $10 Million?  ONly in penny stock land.

The last financials showed 700,000 in sales for 4 months and a $100k loss.  IN the real worlld companies are valuied at 2-5 times net earnings so unless you say there were startup costs

Technically on the books - the book value is $346,000 or about a penny a share.

I noted $170k in wages and salaries??  $40k a month for how many people? s
eems very high for sales.

$65k in travel and a high office and rent cost.

Now if we are a start up and these travel and wage costs are in anticpation of a lot of future sales - well then I suppose.  In terms of investing in this -
maybe at a penny.

HLR.UN - now there is a steal right in Halifax at $1.50 paying $4.5c a month - Your stock is free in three years assuming they do not go belly up and continue to pay out
