Re more investmentThe truth of the matter is, they really don't care if any outsiders invest more. They couldn't care in the least about the investor that risked the real money to get them to where they are today. When the rights offering is complete, insiders will pick up the slack to get to that 2 million dollar figure they want to raise, via the private placement. Hell if they get on a roll they might not stop at 2 million dollars raised , as everyone knows they are not at all shy when it comes to diluting the shares. That was the big advantage of the share consolidation, it gives them the opportunity to redilute and get more shares in their own hands. Remember these guy's didn't become wealthy people, because they had any feelings for the vulnerable investor. The ideal situation for them now, would be to get all the shares into insiders' hands, and that would make them happy. I would think that they are getting close to that now. If they can pull that off , they will be where they want to be. At that point, investors probably won't even get a thank you card mailed to them.
