RE: Nov 5 maybe the day we are waiting for..."And when reading it you can find November 5, 2008 as the approval date. So hold your thumbs that noone have any big complaints before nov 3 and we will have a license in 2 weeks."

After the MVLWB give their approval then the minister still has to put his stamp of approval on it before official issue.  Brent Jones seems to think Tam should receive the water permit before the end of 2008, which leads me to think middle to late December.  The real bummer is with Zinc and Lead at these prices the only thing that would raise SP is Financing or higher metal prices, personally I have lost so much with Tam that the longer it stays down the longer I can cost avg down so when we do get an upswing, I get rewarded for holding.  My main worry now is that stock prices don't return to old highs (or multiples), so with this point of view, again cost avg seems to be the only way to salvage what is left of my Tam investment, and if I am wrong and it all ends, cash won't do any good in that world, so I will keep adding little bits as I earn more capital.  GLTA
